North Eastern Provincial officials are due to arrive El Wak any minute. Thousands of jubilant people are waiting for their arrival today. According to eyewitness reports, people are chanting and singing in Bellow’s name and danced all day on the streets in El Wak. They said that they could not wait for Thursday’s big party. So, they continued partying until it’s over.

Also, those officials will be in Takaba district on June 22, 2007 to join the celebration there. Our informants stated that while the jubilant crowd rocked the El Wak town, most of Mr. Sarba’s supporters are so distraught that they stayed inside their dwelling. They were so disturbed, so heart broken, and disappointed, some of them said to have been counseled by spiritual elders.
